Is this legal?
Yes. Writing to a homeowner to ask whether they'd consider selling is perfectly legal, and people have done it by hand for years. We're a flat-fee service that prints and posts the letter for you — we take no commission and are not part of any sale.
Will the owner know who I am?
Your name and contact details are automatically removed from the letter, so the homeowner doesn't learn who you are from it. You can choose to tell them later, in the chat, if they reply. (We keep an account email to reach you — it's never shared with them.)
What if the owner doesn't want letters?
A link in every letter lets them opt out permanently, in seconds.
Do you guarantee a reply?
No. Many people won't reply, and that's their right. You're paying to send a letter, not to buy an outcome.
